Bread baker wanted in Mason County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Mason County, Illinois. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
