Head butcher — Esan Central

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Esan Central, Edo. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
