Trainee butcher — Treutlen County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Treutlen County, Georgia. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
