Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
