Shakeout operator — Unuimo

Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Unuimo, Imo State. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. On the job you will handle: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection We offer ₦135,000 per month plus benefits.
