We are recruiting: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Solihull, England. Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Six days a week, one day off.
