Dough maker — Harmon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Harmon County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Full-time with occasional weekends.
