Vacancy available: powder coater (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Jackson County, Florida. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
