We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Imphal East, Manipur. The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Ideally you have comfortable working at height and in confined spaces; confident with standard crane hand signals.
