Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
