Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in McClain County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
