You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
