Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (Bauchi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Dass, Bauchi State. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
