Restaurant steward — Karim Lamido

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
