What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking.
