Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Limestone County, Alabama. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
