Requirements: • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills Day-to-day duties: • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Punch orders into the billing/POS system Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
