Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Itasca County, Minnesota. The job is on a dam or embankment job. The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
