Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Aransas County, Texas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
