Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Rano, Kano State. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time with occasional weekends.
