Fine-dining server — Pasco County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Pasco County, Florida. The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
