Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
