What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels.
