Plant operator • Misau, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Misau, Bauchi State. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Day-to-day duties: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
