Great opportunity: catering cook (Utah)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Utah County, Utah. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
