On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₦145,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
