Pot washer — Akinyele

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Akinyele, Oyo State. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
