Short order cook wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Johnson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
