Bakery assistant • Grady County, Oklahoma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Grady County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
