Abattoir worker — Onicha

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Onicha, Ebonyi State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
