Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
