Meat trimmer wanted in Gashaka

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Gashaka, Taraba State. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
