Counter butcher • Rijau, Niger State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Rijau, Niger State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦300,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
