Short order cook wanted in Nassarawa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Nassarawa, Kano State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦750 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
