Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Lyon County, Nevada. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
