Prep cook wanted in Ross County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Ross County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Rotating shifts.
