Steward — Akoko-Edo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Akoko-Edo, Edo. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
