Lifting rigger wanted in Obi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Obi, Nasarawa State. Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦1,100 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
