Head baker wanted in Weber County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Weber County, Utah. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
