Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Deaf Smith County, Texas. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Rotating shifts.
