Short order cook • Itas/Gadau, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Itas/Gadau, Bauchi State. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
