Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Burnet County, Texas. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes The role involves park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
