You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦235,000 per month, based on your experience.
