Immediate opening: metal caster (Madhya Pradesh)

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. On a typical shift you will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
