Paint booth operator — Kamrup

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Kamrup, Assam. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
