Toolroom milling operator wanted in Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Wayne County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery The role involves: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
