Great opportunity: we are hiring a room service attendant in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a beach resort. Ideally you have good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages; prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 4+ years on the tools preferred.
