Head butcher — Kwande

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Kwande, Benue State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦1,200 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
