On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
