Great opportunity: waiter (Imo State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a waiter in Ideato North, Imo State. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
